Description: ANTIRUST PROFESSIONAL is an alkyd-based anti-rust primer with excellent adhesion. ANTIRUST PROFESSIONAL provides protection to metal surfaces from rust.
Area of Use: It is used for indoor and outdoor applications, on new or old metal surfaces, such as doors, tools, machinery, railings, handrails, etc.
Surface Preparation: The surface must be dry and free of dust, grease, dirt, etc. Any imperfections should be rubbed with sandpaper.
Application: ANTIRUST PROFESSIONAL should be thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied using a roller, brush, or airless spray gun. For brush or roller application, thin up to 5-10% with NW-13.00 SPINITRO, and for airless spray application thin 10-20% with NX-20.00 SOLVETON. Apply two coats allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
Coverage: ANTIRUST PROFESSIONAL covers 10-12 m2/L depending on the surface.
