LOW EXPANSION
NEOFIX LOW EXPANSION is isolation and
construction PU foam, suitable for filling gaps, cracks and holes. It is recommended for the isolation of hot water pipes and refrigerators. It is ideal for mounting and fixing windows and doors frames as it demonstrates low post expansion. It can also be used for insolation in tiled roofs. It has very good adhesion in all substrates except polyethylene, silicone, Teflon, grease and oils. It is resistant in water and ageing but sensitive to UV radiation.

DESCRIPTION: NEOFIX LOW EXPANSION is isolation and construction PU foam, suitable for filling gaps, cracks and holes. It is recommended for the isolation of hot water pipes and refrigerators. JOINT PREPARATION: Shake well before every use (at list 20 times). Remove the protection cap. Screw the adaptor firmly or the gun on the valve. To apply the foam turn the bottle upside down and press the adaptor or the gun. In vertical joints the application is done from top to bottom. In cases of wide joints filling should be done gradually, letting every layer dry. Application temperature must to be from +2°C to 35°C. Not to be used in completely closed constructions. After use the gun and the valve can be cleaned with “Gun Spray Cleaner”

Optimum application temperature: 20°C
Tach free: After 10 min.
It can be cut: After 2 hours.
RECOMMENDATION: Protect eyes and wear gloves during the application. Cover the carpets with paper or plastic foil. In case of contact remove the fresh foam immediately with acetone.
CAUTION: Do not inhale the vapor. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After the contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of accident, or if one feels unwell, consult a doctor immediately. (If possible show this label to him)
