Description: NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE is a premium, acrylic, ready-to-use, exceptionally water-repellent facade render. It offers high elasticity and high adhesion to the substrate. NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE has excellent vapour permeability, crack prevention and there is no need to paint the façade after application.
Area of Use: It is used as a thin finishing coat of render works to create a white or coloured, water-repellent finish. It is used as a decorative finish in the NEON Paints Thermal Insulation Systems.
Substrate Preparation: The surface should be free of dust, grease, loose particles, paints, etc. It is recommended to dampen it before application.Use NEOPRIM PRIMER GRAFIATO to increase the adhesion of NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE to the surface.
Application: NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE should be thoroughly stirred before application, in slow, circular motions to prevent air entrapment. NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE is applied by hand, using a smooth, stainless steel trowel, or with a plastering machine.While still not dried complexly (5-15 min. after its application), NEOFAS ACRYLIC STRUCTURE is treated (pressed) with a plastic trowel.
Consumption: It consumes 2kg/m2 for 1mm, 3kg/m2 for 1.5mm and 3.6kg/m2 for 2mm depending on the surface.
